24-hour notice of cancellation is required for Personal and Small Group Training. No shows will incur fees. Please see our schedule at the bottom of this page for our arranged session times.
TEAM TRAINING CLASSES
Grow as a team and learn new ways to stay active! Team Training sessions are available to everyone with no scheduling required. Drop in fees are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations is one of our classes focusing on foundational strength training in a group setting. Here, we return to the basics, allowing for lighter weight and less advanced movement patterns.

INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH
Our training session, Industrial Strength, focuses on advanced strength training in a group setting. It incorporates heavier weight with fewer reps in complex movement patterns to receive more range of motion and muscle building.

AFTERBURN
Our final class, Afterburn, is all about cardiorespiratory training. Work in a fast-paced environment, most similar to HIIT training.

MOBILITY
Mobility is the core element of a traditional yoga practice, encompassing movement, stretching, breathwork, and meditation. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners who want to understand the roots of yoga and gain a deeper insight into the anatomy of fundamental poses. All bodies and abilities are welcome!

YOGA POWER
Yoga Power, also known as Gym Yoga, is focused on increasing heart rate and building strength through a full-body workout. Here, we blend Vinyasa-style poses and sequences, linking breath to movement.

WEDNESDAY 6 PM
PERSONAL TRAINING
Receive one-on-one attention from one of our certified personal trainers. Appointments are available for scheduling Monday through Friday; call or come in to set up your first session. New members receive a free one-hour starting point session where you will be critiqued on form and introduced to a personalized training plan. 24-hour notice of cancelation is required.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group classes allow clients to receive the one-on-one attention of personal training while still being in a group setting. Small Group Training sessions are offered Monday through Friday and require scheduling. Small Group sessions accept a maximum of five people per class. 24-hour notice of cancelation is required.
